Chan Kunthiny points out that the attitude of the currently hostile Cambodian diaspora can be turned around by better diplomacy, using lessons learned from Vietnam to bring overseas Vietnamese back home.
I refer to Mr Chan Kunthiny’s rebuttal of my commentary, “Asean Must Unite to Keep the Asean-Australia Special Summit on Track”, which was republished by Khmer Times on March 5 under the title, “Keep Asean-Australia summit on track”.

The United Nations has a long history of promoting peace and advancing human development in Cambodia.
I refer to the commentary by Chan Kunthiny, titled “Can Singapore be an honest regional broker?”, published by Khmer Times on 1 February 2018. The commentary seems to suggest that Singapore has taken sides against China.
