On the November 22, CIMB Bank organised an event to demonstrate its commitment to all of its customers. The event was themed “We Love Our Customers” and was held across all 13 branches of CIMB Bank in Cambodia. It was dedicated to all the bank’s customers in appreciation of their constant support of the bank’s products and services. The event was also held to celebrate the seventh anniversary of CIMB Bank in Cambodia.
The Bank’s customer service teams organised a surprise welcome for customers who visited the bank’s branches on the day. Aside from having lucky draws with exciting prizes, customers were served refreshments and encouraged to interact with branch staff who were attired in Cambodian traditional dress for the day.
The bank’s senior management, including its chief executive officer, deputy chief executive officer and head of consumer banking, were also present at CIMB’s main branch. They helped to serve customers and received feedback on the bank’s products and services.
This feedback process in an important step in CIMB bank’s philosophy of continuous improvement as it allows senior management to engage directly with customers, to better understand their concerns and needs.
