The Japan Foundation and Embassy of Japan in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center organised the “Japanese Film Festival in Cambodia  2017” from November 9 to 12 at the Major Cineplex (Aeon Mall) and Legend Cinema (TK Avenue). During the four-day event, Japanese films selected from a wide range of categories were screened. The selection included cartoons, dramas, documentaries and films, some of them award-winners, portraying various aspects of Japanese life, society and culture. The festival provided a good opportunity for audiences to familiarise themselves with Japan and its people.
