Three Cambodian women were killed on Tuesday, with 11 others injured and three Thais killed, when a speeding van slammed into a pickup truck head-on in Thailand’s Sa Kaeo province, according to the Bangkok Post.

And in a separate incident, a Cambodian migrant worker died in a traffic accident in Thailand, the Foreign Affairs Ministry said yesterday.

On Sunday, a car slammed into the back of a motorbike carrying three adults and a six-month-old baby, all from Battambang province. Ith Sem, 45, died in the crash and the others survived.

“All wounded victims are being treated in a hospital in Chanthaburi province and the car driver will cover the health care cost,” the ministry said.
