ANKARA (Reuters) – Turkish authorities issued a detention warrant for another US consulate worker yesterday, Turkish media said. Broadcaster NTV said the suspect was still being sought by security officials and his wife and child were being questioned by Turkish police. It gave no reason for the detention warrant. Turkey’s justice minister earlier said he had no information about a new warrant being issued. On Sunday, the US mission in Turkey and the Turkish mission in Washington cut back visa services after a US consulate employee was arrested in Turkey last week.
