The Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) was established in 1992 to share our development experience with others. Over the years, we have welcomed 115,000 participants from over 170 countries. The SCP is premised on our firm belief that investment in human resource and capacity building is critical for sustainable development. The SCP continually evolves to address emerging development policies and challenges around the world. In support of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Singapore is partnering UN agencies to provide technical assistance and capacity building to developing countries in the areas of leadership and governance, sustainable cities, and water and sanitation solutions.
