Free online marketing course
Course starts: Oct. 2
The free, six-week online course “Introduction to Marketing” designed by University of Edinburgh gives students the tools needed to create value and competitive advantage for an enterprise, along with practical marketing strategies. It comprises six lectures: “Role of Marketing”; “Consumers and Consumption”; “Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning”; “Designing Products and Service”; “Pricing and Channels”; and “Communicating and Engaging.”
Study in Australia

Citizens of any country other than Australia or New Zealand are invited to apply for these scholarships to study in an undergraduate programme in Australia in the fields of medical science, oral health in dental science, oral health in dental technology, exercise science, nutrition and dietetics, pharmacy, and science (advanced with honours).

Post-graduate students and others interested in developing their research skills and/or learning to write a high-quality research proposal for a postgraduate programme, are invited to apply for this free online course, “Writing a Research Proposal.” The aim is to provide participants with the awareness, skills and tools needed to produce a well-designed and achievable research proposal, and to improve the quality of postgraduate applications.

The EU-ASEAN Youth Video Competition, launched under the theme “My Nature My Hero” highlighting biodiversity conservation in the ASEAN region, is open to all young 18-to-30-year-old candidates from ASEAN nations. The contest is aimed at raising awareness of environmental preservation and protection.
JENESYS youth exchange
Application deadline: Sept. 7
Four-member teams of third-year students (2017-18 academic year) from any Cambodian university are urged to enter the JENESYS 2017 Youth Exchange Programme competition. Applications will be accepted until Sept. 7. Twelve groups (48 students) will be selected to compete in the final stage of the competition, themed “My Best Cambodia.”

Citizens from the 51 nations attending the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) are invited to participate in the 8th Model ASEM Conference in Myanmar. Selected candidates will get a chance to meet ASEM foreign ministers and delegation members and learn about processes including diplomacy, negotiation and international relations.
