Developments in Cambodia’s investment climate has prompted a group of Chinese investors to build a 43-storey high-class condo building and expected to emerge soon at Boeng Keng Kang I in Phnom Penh City.
The announcement was made after a press conference during the official launching of Le Condé BKK1’s sales office and was attended by Chinese investors and other guests.
The modern condo building amounting about $15 million will encompass a total of 1.4 square kilometres inclusive of sport areas, restaurants, libraries, and playground for kids and many more.
The construction of Le Condé BKK1 is made possible through a collaboration between Wangfu Guo Ji Property Development Co., Ltd and Sichuan Huashi Group, a big contractor company of China.
Mr. Cui Hui, Marketing Director General of Wangfu Guo Ji Property Development Co., Ltd. underlined that the firm is investing in the project with full confidence with the solid growth and enabling investment climate in Cambodia.
Mr Cui Hui said that Le Condé is the largest development project in BKK1 which focuses on luxury living and eliminate complexities of living in the city.
As participants for the country’s urban development, we look forward to contribute in providing employments for some Cambodian people in the future as the company has more Cambodian staff, he said.
