Cambodia-Japan bilateral trade reach $366 Million in first two months of the year

The two-way trade between Cambodia and Japan was valued at $366 million in the first two months of this year, a 3.9 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

A report from the Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) showed that from January to February 2020, Cambodia exported $296 million worth of goods to Japan, up 2.4 percent.

Meanwhile, it added, Cambodia’s imports from Japan amounted to $70 million, an increase of 10.8 percent.

Figures from the Ministry of Commerce showed that the exports from Cambodia to Japan are clothes, footwear and electronics.
