We would all like to live life to the fullest but how can we maintain our healthy life so we can pursue our dreams? What could we be doing daily in order to stay fit, strong and illness-free? Nestlé, the world’s largest food and Beverage Company from Switzerland, has an answer to that.

Nestlé places health lifestyle and good eating habits at the center of their global agenda and thus, the “Nestlé Healthier and Happier Lifestyle” Roadshow was created.  The goal was to inspire Cambodians to become health champions, to lead more active lifestyles and select the right nutrition to enhance their physical and mental well-being.

Bringing nutritional awareness into the spotlight, the roadshow visited Kandal, Kampong Cham, Battambang, Siem Reap and Tbong Kmoum provinces. Nestle expected to reach over 10,000 people this year.

This massive event featured DJ Nana and nutritionist who shared some useful daily tips for living healthier and happier lives and discussed interesting nutrition issues affecting Cambodians including the ongoing challenges with iron deficiencies and malnutrition.

Malnutrition among children in Cambodia is still a problem and Nestlé continue to tackle this issue by educating locals through roadshow and providing quality, micronutrient-fortified products for both children and adults through products such as Bear Brand & Milo.

The event will conclude in Takeo province on 28th-29th December 2019 with lots of fun games and fitness activities such as dancing and hula hooping and lucky draw prizes.

Free health checkups are available through the day with Body Mass Index (BMI) and bone density testing along with important advice based on results and daily health tips. Plus there will be tons of free product samples on offer for crowds to taste all the nutritious goods Nestlé provides. Do your health a favor and don’t miss this Educational event.
