Tonle Bassac, one of Phnom Penh’s most sought-after locations, will soon be home to one of the most promising residential developments in the Kingdom: Huibang ∙ Huangshan International.

The high-end condo project was unveiled recently at a ceremony attended by many of the country’s top business leaders.

Among those present at the ‘Hui-Style Craftmanship-Honorary Phnom Penh’ were Oknha Hun To, Oknha Chea Soeun, and Hun Kim Leng.

The project’s location within a major business centre and its proximity to Koh Pich (Diamond Island), one of Phnom Penh’s fastest-growing areas, mean that most of the amenities for modern urban living are just a short distance away.

A few metres away is Aeon Mall, Cambodia’s top shopping destination. Also nearby are luxury hotels, supermarkets, international schools, hospitals, embassies, banks, government offices, entertainment centres, and sports clubs, among others.

Many affluent residents, business executives, and socialites also live around the area.

According to the developers, Huibang ∙ Huangshan International follows a revolutionary residential design concept that will make the life of residents easy and comfortable.

Huibang ∙ Huangshan International also promises high investment returns.

The project is being developed by Huibang International Real Estate, a leading international property developer with more than 20 years of experience in the business. The developer is a subsidiary of Huibang International Investment Group.

Huibang ∙ Huangshan International is the developer’s first project in Cambodia. It is the latest addition to Cambodia’s booming real estate sector, which is growing continuously thanks to massive investments from China and other countries.

The showroom and sales office of Huibang ∙ Huangshan International, which is located next to the Huangshan International Hotel along National Assembly Street, opened last month.
