Chea Vannak / Khmer Times Share:

Singapore-based Lumiere Hospitality on Sunday launched Lumiere Residence, a serviced apartment complex in Phnom Penh.

Lumiere Residence is a 25-story serviced extended-stay hotel located in the centre of Phnom Penh with 166 rooms.

According to the developers, the opening culminates months of planning and construction work by the best architects and builders in the country.

Celine Quek, Lumiere Residence co-founder and managing director, said at the opening ceremony that the apartment hotel represents the height of serviced apartment’s development, embodying beauty, convenience, affordability, and comfort.

She said it is an award-winning property, widely recognised for its architectural and interior designs.

“We wanted to come up with a project of the finest quality that everyone can be proud of, one that will be the next landmark in Cambodia,” said Ms Quek.

“Apart from firmly establishing ourselves as one of the key players in the Cambodian market, we are proud to be able to contribute and be a part of the country’s progressive journey towards urban development.

“Everything was designed with business travelers in mind. We focused on convenience as we want our guests to feel relaxed during their business trips while enjoying the comforts of the city.”
