The Royal Academy of Cambodia launched a free e-learning programme to teach the public about environment management and policies in the Kingdom.
Speaking at the launch, RAC president Sok Touch expressed his satisfaction over programme which was developed in collaboration with the Korea Environment Institute.
He said that everyone, including researchers and students, can access the programme by using computers, laptops and smart phones, noting that it will benefit students and people concerned about the environment.
“We cooperated with our Korean counterparts who shared expertise from their country with us,” Mr Touch said.
Mr Touch noted that the online course will run until December 10, and registered participants will be taught in the Khmer and English languages about wastewater management, environmental impacts, protected area management and how to combat climate change.
