Topaz Restaurant welcomed Michelin Star Chef Philippe Girardon on Thursday, October 18, where the renowned chef served a specially designed menu for Phnom Penh’s fine dining lovers. The Meilleur Ouvrier de France winner also imparted his knowledge on food preparation and plating technique to Topaz Restaurant’s kitchen staff.
