Herbalife, a US-based global marketing corporation that develops and sells nutrition supplements, announced on Saturday that it will extend its partnership with the Khmer Swimming Federation (KSF).
Herbalife Nutrition will continue to be KSF’s official nutrition partner, providing Cambodian swimmers nutrition products and sports nutrition training to help them reach higher performance levels at national and international competitions.
Hem Kiri, KSF’s secretarial general, said the federation is very pleased to renew the partnership with Herbalife Nutrition.
“We appreciate their nutrition support for our athletes and believe their contribution is key in empowering our athletes to deliver their best performances in the swimming pool,” Mr Kiri said.
“Cambodia will also host the Southeast Asian Games in 2023, and our swimmers will need the support of Herbalife,” he added.
Chhun Naychhiv, general manager of Herbalife Nutrition Cambodia, said Herbalife Nutrition sponsors more than 130 world-class athletes, over 60 professional teams and leagues, five national olympic committees and many events across the world that exemplify the company’s commitment to a healthy active life supported by good nutrition.
“Herbalife Nutrition is the official nutrition sponsor of soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, and the presenting sponsor and official nutrition partner of the Los Angeles Galaxy.
“In Cambodia, Herbalife Nutrition has sponsored the Khmer Swimming Federation since 2014,” Ms Naychhiv said.
