After refreshing its Macbrook Pro lineup, Apple is teasing the release of the long-awaited, redesign of the MacBook Air laptop.
At under $1,000, the Air has long been Apple’s cheapest entry-level laptop, however the device has not been the subject of a serious upgrade since early 2015.
Apple is expected to put that right with what Bloomberg reports as a new “low-cost” model featuring slimmer bezels and a high-resolution Retina display. It is expected to sport a look “similar to the current MacBook Air”.
The Air is Apple’s entry-level laptop and begins at $1,000. Reports suggest Apple will next month also take the wraps off three new iPhone models and a redesigned iPad Pro. Also said to be in the works is an update to the company’s long-neglected Mac Mini, the miniature desktop computer.
Apple aficionados should keep their eyes peeled for what is sure to be an exciting month ahead for fans of the Cupertino-giant.
