Direct flights links China with 45 OBOR countries

BEIJING (Xinhua) – China has signed bilateral agreements on air transportation with 62 One Belt One Road (OBOR) countries, including Russia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Egypt. According to China’s Civil Aviation Administration, China and 45 of those countries are now linked by 5,100 direct flights weekly. China is aiming to boost connectivity and strengthen cooperation with OBOR countries through civil aviation, according to Zhang Qing, Deputy Inspector for the administration.
