Approximately 30 members of the Malaysian Business Chamber, Cambodia joined a networking dinner with Ambassador Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim last Friday at the Sun & Moon Hotel Sky Bar in Phnom Penh.
This was the first dinner cum get together networking session organised by the MBCC after several months.
President Teh Sing in his welcoming remarks expressed his sincere appreciation for the presence of Ambassador Eldeen Husaini and members who had graciously attended the memorable and joyful occasion.
He said: “We had to observe social distancing and other measures necessary to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and Malaysians had always risen to the challenge in coming to the aid of the needy, be it Cambodians or Malaysians.

“It is this Malaysia Boleh spirit which always brings us together and we hope the new normal will have better normalcy to look forward to, especially in hosting networking gatherings.”
Ambassador Eldeen Husaini said that MBCC and its members have always been gracious in stepping forward to collaborate with the Embassy of Malaysia on all occasions.
“We managed several high impact activities and social matters which had brought long lasting memories to Malaysians in Cambodia and those who were flown home on numerous flights arranged by the Embassy of Malaysia in collaboration with Cambodian authorities and Malaysians,” he said.
He also announced several embassy staff movements and newcomers, all of which will take place in the coming days.
