Index finishes the week higher as trading value drops
The Cambodia Securities Exchange index rose 0.15 points (0.02 percent) to close at 652.62 points on Friday. Trading value was well below average at 134 million riels ($33,000) while trading volumes were average with 45,337 shares exchanged.
Both the market movers ACLEDA Bank (ABC) and Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSP) fell 20 and 10 riels respectively and contributed to the major share of trading with 41 million and 65 million riels in trading value respectively.
It was a good day for Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP) and Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PWSA) as both rose 80 and 60 riels each.
While Grand Twins International (GTI) also rose 120 riels but with only six shares exchanged at a total trading value of 19,200 riels.
