Realestate.com.kh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the FazWaz Group for the Cambodian market; a move that is set to be a massive boost for Realestate.com.kh’s existing client base which includes the leading real estate agencies, agents, and property developers in the country.
Both Realestate.com.kh and FazWaz are focused on building tech-related solutions to solve real estate related issues which include searching and finding available real estate as well as assisting property seekers through the buying process.
Real estate agencies and property developers in Cambodia, through this partnership, will have access to even more leads via FazWaz’s growing international network including markets such as Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and more. While FazWaz will primarily focus on new developments in Cambodia, there is no stopping the benefits it will also provide to real estate agencies and agents in the local market.
What does this mean for real estate agencies in Cambodia?
Existing agencies and agents that have an account on Realestate.com.kh gain access to what Fazwaz Cambodia has to offer such as property listings automatically appearing on FazWaz. Additionally, registered agents on Realestate.com.kh will gain leads flowing from FazWaz’ international network.
