Are you on the lookout for a romantic place that serves authentic Singaporean cuisine in the capital? If you are, then COLLIN’S is the right place for you. Offering a sky bar that allows you to look down on the urbane wonders of Phnom Penh, COLLIN’S officially went back to business beginning of August after a temporary shutdown due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.

The reopening saw the safety of its customers and staff prioritised with hygienic measures as advised by the Ministry of Health set in place, including mandatory temperature checks before entry into the premises, wearing of masks and social distancing.

Located at The Bridge Soho Level 13, COLLIN’S Sky Bar offers epicures a delightful dining experience with a panoramic view of the city. The ambience also gives diners a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere, whether for a gathering with peers and families or for a romantic date. Diners also get to enjoy cocktails and enjoy the music of The Unity Band from 8pm to 11pm on Tuesday through Sunday.

In celebration of the 55th National Day Singapore, as well as to welcome back its diners, COLLIN’S is offering a month-long special promo for two called the Singapore National Day Set Meal which is priced at $18 (regular price stands at $40).

For couples on a date, we recommend the special set which includes one Bak Kut Teh, one Marinated Pork Baked Rice, two servings of Pandan Panna Cotta and two Virgin Sling cocktails – a popular Singaporean set meal.

Aside from the Singaporean dishes, COLLIN’S is also famous for its luxury Western cuisine which is a popular go-to of locals. For us, one could never go wrong with the sumptuous Grilled Tender US Beef Short Ribs.

COLLIN’S Bak Kut Teh, which is known as a popular Singaporean pork rib dish, has a distinct aroma and taste to its broth which cannot be found in other restaurants. The Marinated Pork Baked Rice, on the other hand, is cooked with carefully selected ingredients and precise attention to the taste, creating a well-blended taste of rice, meat and vegetables with every scoop.

The last main course we tasted was a large plate of Grilled Tender US Beef Short Ribs with salad and spaghetti on the side and paired with the Virgin Sling cocktail.

Finally, we ended our meal with the Singaporean-style dessert, Pandan Panna Cotta, which melts easily and offers a unique taste.

Aside from the promotional set for two, COLLIN’S also offers a Weekday Deal for a half-pint of Angkor beer at $1.50 and Virgin Sling cocktails at $5.50. COLLIN’S is also known for the Australian Wagyu Ribeye Steak, its signature food Grilled Chicken Chop and the Mixed Grill.

All prices are subject to five percent service charge and 10 percent VAT. COLLIN’S opens from 11am till midnight and located at The Bridge Soho Level 13, No 14, St 78, of Chamkar Mon district’s Tonle Bassac commune.
