The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) has appealed to people to keep their vigilance of possible phenomena such as thunder, lightning, gusts, and flooding as rain would continue to fall across the country.

The appeal was made in the ministry’s new announcement on weather forecast for this week, made public Tuesday.

Between July 31 and Aug. 4, it underlined, some parts of provinces in the central lowland areas next to mountain ranges and waterways would face flash floods.

According to the announcement, from July 29 to Aug 4, the temperature would vary between 26 and 34 degrees Celsius for the central lowland areas, from 24 to 32 degrees Celsius for the mountainous areas in the north and northeast, and between 24 and 32 degrees Celsius in the coastal areas.
