The Health Ministry today reported that three COVID-19 patients have recovered, bringing the total recoveries to 136.
In a statement this morning, the ministry announced that the three recovered are Cambodian men, aged 21, 29, and 30 from Phnom Penh and Takeo province.
They returned from Saudi Arabia via Malaysia flight on July 10 and they have fully recovered after testing negative for COVID-19 twice.
The men were discharged from the Chak Angre Krom Health Centre in the capital.
Cambodia has a total of 171 COVID-19 cases (42 females). Of them, 136 have been cured successfully, with 35 active cases.
In addition, the government also urged people to continue following measures to prevent the spread of the virus, warning that a second wave of COVID-19 could occur, if guidelines are not followed.
