ACLEDA updates its mobile application

ACLEDA Bank Plc – Cambodia’s largest commercial bank – has updated its well-known mobile application ACLEDA Unity ToanChet, which is translated as “ACLEDA Fast and Quick” in English. The new update allows customers to access all the options of a traditional bricks and mortar bank in the palm of their hand.

The bank currently has around 1.5 million customers who are using the mobile application that runs on both iOS and Android. The updated application enables customers to carry out transactions anywhere and at any time on a “fast and secure” platform.

“In this environmental context, customers who have ACLEDA Unity ToanChet can operate and access all their banking services everywhere and anytime without having to enter an office, the bank said.

This is because the application has all the functions that allow customers to use the same banking services as if they had come to a physical branch,” they added.

It said that in order to meet the public and customers’ needs and align with digital strategies expansion of the Bank to support the tremendous demand of digital financial services, the Bank has developed new functions of ACLEDA Unity ToanChet to become a bank in customers’ hands.

Dr In Channy, President & Group Managing Director of ACLEDA Bank Plc said that it has now been three years since his bank launched ACLEDA Unity ToanChet and the bank is continuing to develop additional security functions for more banking services to meet the public and customers’ needs in the digitalisation era.
