Human rights professionals are invited for the 2020 Summer School in Human Rights Litigation. To be held in Berlin from June 8-12, it is aimed at inspiring participants to approach human rights litigation strategically; viewing litigating human rights case as a key part of encouraging social change. Students will learn how to bring cases to the regional human rights systems and the UN treaty bodies.

GLOBAL CHALLENGES CAMBODIA PHD SCHOLARSHIP

To support advance research that addresses the challenges faced by developing countries, the UK government is offering the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) to award a Cambodian student in a doctoral degree in Geography at Royal Holloway, the University of London starting from Sept 1 2020 for three years, full-time.

They will join a team seeking to bring our understanding of these groups to a level comparable to that of finite groups and connected groups.
FREDERIC BASTIAT FELLOWSHIP

The one-year Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship is open to graduate students who will attend master, juris doctoral, and doctoral programmes in any field of economics, law, political science, or public policy. Fellows will be introduced to the Austrian, Virginia, and Bloomington schools of political economy as academic foundations for contemporary policy analysis, policy-relevant academic research and other applied topics.

Cambodian candidates who are interested in storytelling are invited to apply for this Storytelling workshop, which runs from 17-22 February. Attendees will be shown the technical aspect of structuring a historical, contemporary or imaginary story for a stage performance. To get the most out of the workshop, those attending should have previous experience in short story, novel and poetry writing, or journalistic, script-writing or performance experience. CV and a covering letter, outlining why you want to attend, are needed for the application.
