To usher in the year 2020, Malaysian Business Chamber Cambodia (MBCC) members converged on Naga1’s The Pangea Restaurant to feast on sumptuous spread of buffet food, ranging from beef steak and rolls to traditional local dishes.
Approximately 35 members braved the massive traffic jams to attend the dinner, merry-making, networking and chats before witnessing an amazing countdown, courtesy of NagaWorld to usher in 2020.
MBCC President, Teh Sing said it was a wonderful and great opportunity for members to gather, some with their family members to join the event.
“We will host a bigger event for the forthcoming Chinese New Year in January 2020. For this event on 31st December, we at MBCC are encouraged by the turnout, although quite a number of members were away on vacation.
“Nevertheless, the spirit of togetherness and merry making made this night a great event. MBCC is not just a business networking entity but also an avenue to build relationships amongst members and their families and leave their business talk behind and indulge in everyday matters, such as having fun to celebrate the New Year and a belated Christmas,” he said.
He added that Naga was the obvious choice because of the “value for money” buffet spread and members were also serenaded by Naga’s in-house strings band and Khmer traditional performances.
