Everyone’s favourite drink, Cambodia Beer, has gotten a brand-new facelift, as announced in a grand ceremony at the Garden City Hotel on Tuesday.
In his opening address, Chairman of the Chip Mong Group H.E. Leang Khun said the new modern design of Cambodia Beer was a result of a year’s worth of work by the team at Khmer Beverages. Despite the stunning new look, he guarantees that the signature taste remains unchanged.
“I would like to express my appreciation toward all partners and team members who have contributed a huge amount of time and energy in creating a new package design for our product Cambodia Beer.
“Our marketing, sales, research and production teams have been working together with an international consultant for almost a year to formulate the design of the new can. We wanted this new concept to be modern but still preserving Khmer identity.
“Although we have reinvented the physical look, we are committed to maintaining the unique taste of Cambodian flavour. I hope everyone will enjoy our product,” he said, met with loud cheers from the guests.
The illustrious event began with a powerful dance performance by Deli Prjkt, followed by LED water percussionists. Guests were taken by surprise when the main screen splits into halves, revealing a giant can that boasts the new Cambodia beer design.
After the unveiling of the new TV commercial, President of Khmer Beverages, Mr. Leang Pov (Peter) proceeded to take guests on a digital journey of Chip Mong Group and its brands, particularly Khmer Beverages, over the years in a highly unique and proactive presentation.
Chip Mong Group Chairlady Oknha Madam Pheap Heak and family members then graced the stage before leading the guests to propose a toast, to commemorate the exciting announcement.
Guests then feasted on a scrumptious six-course dinner while being entertained by a series of brilliant performances by Nou Osaphea, the Melody Live Band, Reth Suzana, Khemarak Sereymun and DJ Mailey.
The auspicious event lasted until 11pm and was also attended by a number of dignitaries and partners of the Chip Mong Group.
