Urban Village, one of Cambodia’s leading property developments, brought honour to the Kingdom once again by bagging the ‘Best Condo in Asia’ award in the Asia Property Awards.
Urban village was the sole property development from Cambodia that was recognised during the Asia Property Awards gala dinner and awards ceremony held in Thailand last week.
Asia Property Awards, which is organised by PropertyGuru, describes itself as the region’s largest and most respected real estate awards programme. PropertyGuru, which is based out of Singapore, is one of the best-known property portals in Asia.
“Receiving this award is proof that Urban Village is one of the best of all finalists who joined the grand award,” Prestige Homes (Cambodia), one of the Kingdom’s leading real estate agencies, said in a statement.
“We, at Prestige Homes (Cambodia), are so happy and proud of our partner. Congratulations,” it added.
The largest Hong Kong development in Cambodia, Urban Village consists of two phases. Phase 1 comprises four 23-storey towers with a total of 828 residential units. Phase 2, which is slated for completion by the end of 2022, offers 1,700 residential units.
It is being developed by Urban Hub, which is a joint venture between Urban Living Solutions and Good Ray Development.
The project has won many local and international awards. During the Cambodia Property Awards in May 2019, it won five awards, including Best Condo Development (Cambodia), and Best Condo Development (Phnom Penh).
