In conjunction with the long Water Festival holidays and to foster better relations among staff, the 2nd batch of 182 Cambodian Public Bank staff went to Tokyo as part of the Bank’s 5 day/4 night fully paid incentive trip.
Besides visiting Mount Fuji, Asakusa Temple, Imperial Palace and Shibuya Shopping Street, the highlight of the trip was the entertainment by Japanese traditional dance and sumo wrestling shows organised by the 4-star Grand Prince Takanawa Hotel.
Datuk Phan Ying Tong, Regional Head of Indo-China Operations also took the opportunity to pay a courtesy call on the Head Office of Resona Bank Ltd, one of the largest lenders in Japan and a partner bank of Cambodian Public Bank.
All levels of staff including clerical and messengers/drivers/guards had also enjoyed the Bank’s previous overseas incentive trips to Macau, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, Beijing, Bangkok, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and were very appreciative of Public Bank Chairman Emeritus, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Teh Hong Piow’s generosity in rewarding them with the memorable and unforgettable overseas trips.
The tour was organized by VLK Royal Tourism Co., Ltd.
