Cambodian youths can now enroll in the newly-launched Executive Trainee Programme, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative of NagaWorld Kind Hearts, dedicated to developing their fullest potential. The programme aims to provide valuable work experience through cross-functional job rotations. The trainee programme also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including attractive allowances up to $300 per month, unlimited daily meals as well as accommodation on request. Following an eight-hour shift per day including one day off per week, along with 18 days of paid vacation a year, the programme also offers a perfect attendance award of $200 in cash annually.
An increase by 130 percent in allowances will follow suit for night training schedule, along with an increase of 150 percent for exceeding the training schedule as well as a boost of 300 percent for public holidays schedule.
On top of the various benefits that are being provided, NagaWorld will also offer training opportunities such as English and Mandarin language courses showcasing its commitment to enhancing professional skills and knowledge of its workforce.
Furthermore, monthly cash rewards will be granted upon successful completion. Staff will be able to tap in additional skill-based incentives and scholarships for further education.
Interested candidates can join the daily walk-in interview at the Naga Academy (#14 Street 252), either from 11am to 9pm on Mondays to Fridays or 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
NagaWorld Job Fair takes place on Oct 22 and 23 from 9am to 5pm at the Grand Ballroom, NagaWorld1, Level 2. It will provide an excellent opportunity to interact directly with the various business units to find out more.
