Khéma unveils new high tea menu

French boutique eatery Khéma had formally introduced their new high tea set, dubbed ‘a gourmand’s dream’, during a special press conference at its La Poste branch on Wednesday. Tailored especially by renowned French chocolatier and confectioner Mr. Serge Granger, the high tea set features classics such as madeleine, caramel au beurre salé and quiche lorraine, while also shining a spotlight on unique creations like macaron basque and compotée. The menu will be available from 3pm to 5pm at Khéma La Poste, Phnom Penh on Saturday (August 24) and Khéma Angkor, Siem Reap on Sunday (August 25).
