On Saturday, One Park held an innovative Recruitment Day as a part of its mission to find outstanding Cambodian talents to work in its residential and apartment services. Instead of walking in the interviews dressed in formal attires, the candidates were given colourful t-shirt and asked to do Zumba and Sa Sa dance and plays a few rounds of fun games, followed by a joint breakfast and the networking. The unconventional activities led to an enjoyable atmosphere and allows the management team and the candidate to be familiar with one another before the interviews. “Instead of the old way of recruiting, we want to icebreak,” says Demian Jung, the General Manager of One Park. “A ten-minute interview cannot make us know one another.” “We want to get to know each other and we want to do some activities to have fun, relax and then we can talk with one another.” Developed by GRED (Graticity Real Estate Development) and located north of the heart of Phnom Penh, One Park is “an interlace” of luxurious residences, businesses a 5-star international hotel and high fashion.
