Young Researchers Programme

Application Deadline: September 30

Fresh university graduates and young professionals who are keen on policy research and analysis should be ready for the 2020 Young Researchers Program. Twenty young potential Cambodians will be selected to carry out research in the field of public policy by receiving training in research methodologies, public policy analysis, and critical thinking skills from Future Forum’s researchers throughout the year.

IATSS Forum 2020

Application Deadline: June 30

Aiming at providing international youth with essential skills and knowledge to be a young leader, the IATSS Forum Programme is organised under the main theme of leadership in Japan. It is divided into three main groups: the general seminar area, the theme study area, and the general areas of study which features different fields such as society, international relations, politics, industrial technologies, economics and culture.


Essay Competition

Application Deadline: June 28

SILAKA Cambodia is now accepting entries for the Essay Competition emphasising on the theme: “Youth Participation in Empowering Women in Leadership and Decision-making Positions”. This competition is only open to youth currently living in: Kandal, Tboung Khmum, Stung Streng, Kampong Thom and Kampong Chhnang. The winners will be awarded in cash.

Teach for Cambodia

Application Deadline: June 24

University graduates, young professionals, and existing teachers are invited to apply for a five-week fellowship programme which will prepare them for the classroom. They will have a chance to continue an additional two-years programme which will enable them to lead their classrooms and have a positive impact on their students.

Volunteer Programmes

Volunteer Youth Ambassador Program for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Application Deadline: June 21

20 candidates will be selected in this one-year volunteer programme supported by Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) and The United Nations Volunteer (UNV), aiming at empowering youth to engage in positive changes, representing the voices of youth in volunteerism and also enabling youth to influence policy-makers, to join decision-making process, and to support monitoring of progress towards SDGs and CSDGs effectively.
