Master & Dynamic has introduced its first Active Noise-Cancelling (ANC) premium sound headphones: the MW65 Active Noise-Cancelling Wireless Over-Ear headphone.

“The MW65 Active Noise-Cancelling Wireless Over-Ear Headphones are exemplary of Master & Dynamic’s point of view on modern technology and timeless craftsmanship,” claims the New York-based audio company.

“Featuring two active noise-cancelling modes, a high and a low setting to finely tailor to your specific surroundings, the over-ear MW65 headphones provide a clear, balanced listening experience in any environment. Alternatively choose to switch-off Active Noise-Cancelling for passive noise isolation.”

The MW65 Active Noise-Cancelling Wireless Over-Ear Headphones are also Voice Assistant enabled and feature Google Assistant built-in. The device is crafted with heavy grain leathers and lambskin-wrapped memory foam ear pads, while engineered anodised aluminum keeps the headphones ultra-light at 250g and creates a durable scratch-resistant surface.

Utilising best-in-class feed-forward and feed-back active noise-cancelling technology, referred to as “Hybrid” ANC, the two beamforming noise-reduction mic arrays analyse and cancel the combination of unwanted outside environmental noise and user-heard ambient noise to provide the purest undistorted sound quality.

Equipped with Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity, the MW65 headphones should ensure seamless device pairing up to a range of 65ft / 20m. Boasting up to 24 hours of listening time when fully charged, and quick-charging capabilities of 50% or 12 hours in 15 minutes.

Each pair of MW65 is delivered with a Canvas Pouch, Flight Adaptor, USB-C Charging Cable and 3.5mm audio cable, allowing users to opt for a wired listening experience. The headphones are available in two colourways, Brown Leather with Silver Metal and Black Leather with Gunmetal. The headphones are priced at $499.
