KlapYaHandz for Cambodia Festival in Japan

KlapYaHandz Music Record embodied Cambodian Hip-Hop music in Yoyogi Park, Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan for Cambodia Festival on May 3 to 4, 2019 under a cultural exchange programme “Clap your hands, Hold your hands” with the support of The Japan Foundation.

The “Clap your hands, Hold your hands” programme is a project that aims to strengthen the relationship between Cambodia and Japan through the past and present Cambodian Hip-Hop music. Five artists from KlapYaHandz Music Record were invited to fly to Japan to perform, Vuthea, Reezy, Vitou, Yut and Sreyleak. In addition, the five artists will collaborate with Japanese Hip-Hop artist Young-G to produce one song for the first time ever, infusion of Japanese and Khmer language.
