COLLIN’S now open in Cambodia

It was a star-studded event on Monday evening as Singapore’s premier dining establishment COLLIN’S Sky Dining & Gastro Bar opens its Cambodian flagship at The Bridge Soho, with the attendance of various dignitaries and celebrities alike.

They included WorldBridge Group Chairman Oknha Sear Rithy, Singapore Ambassador to Cambodia Mr Michael Tan, Miss Cambodia 2016 for Miss Universe 2017 Ms Sotheary Bee, Miss Cambodia 2017 for Miss Universe 2018 Ms Rern Nat and models Ms Tim Rotha and Mr Alex Chethra, among others.

COLLIN’S has only one philosophy – to redefine your dining experience. Sitting on the 13th floor of one the city’s few skyscrapers, it offers a panoramic view of the Kingdom’s capital which guarantees a gastronomic affair like no other.

Hailing from Singapore, COLLIN’S was established in 2012 and is an award-winning food and beverages brand which vows to provide premium Western cuisine at pocket-friendly prices. Today, the brand has 22 touchpoints across Singapore and one restaurant in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Although the brand has expanded vastly over less than a decade, the essence of its origin is still being cherished, as seen in the special section of Singaporean classics available as a part of COLLIN’S Cambodia’s menu.

COLLINS chief executive officer and founder Chef Collin Ho said: “We are excited to bring the brand to Cambodia, especially with our flagship store opening at this iconic location in Phnom Penh. We are confident that the combination of great food and ambience will appeal to both tourists and locals alike as the place to dine and relax when in the city.”

COLLIN’S prides itself in its modern European cuisines and this was evident in the buffet spread that was especially prepared for the guests on Monday. Featuring excellent imported steaks, pork ribs, lamb and great seafood, guests had the opportunity to sample some of its signature dishes such as Signature Roasted BBQ Sauce Pork Rib, Teriyaki Mangalica Pork Belly, and Australian Black Angus Sirloin Steak.

The ceremony was hosted by DJ Nana, and saw a wonderful lion dance performance which was meant to wish the establishment good luck. The guests were also serenaded by a live performance with acoustic renditions of love songs.
