A community library that aims to promote an intellectual society and economy, especially among the young generation, Scholar Library has over 3,000 books in 100 categories in Khmer, English and Chinese. The library encourages Cambodians to create a local knowledge resource for our country. Along with promoting an intellectual society and economy, it also supports reading culture, sharing culture, information exchange and research.
