Metfone C-League giants and former champions Phnom Penh Crown have inked a deal with Phnom Penh-based Prodal Fight & Fitness Studio.

The gym, located in Tuol Kork, will provide a full year of fitness training for Phnom Penh Crown with the agreement for this year’s fitness training announced on Monday at RSN Stadium.

Founder and coach at Prodal, Derek Bidaut confirmed that for this league season, Prodal would provide a year-round fitness training to the members of the Phnom Penh Crown Club.

“We wanted to contribute to the fitness of players at the club, and especially to spread this message to the public,” he said.

Ly Heang, Crown manager, said that the partnership was extremely important in improving the fitness of the club’s players. “We have our own football field as well as fitness studio but we use only for training techniques and developing basic fitness. For physical fitness, we need a fitness center with the right equipment to improve our physical conditioning.”
