Faculty Postgraduate Scholarships

A number of scholarships are offered for international outstanding students who wish to pursue master’s degree and PhD degree programmes in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. The available fields are English Literature and Creative Writing, History, Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts (LICA), Languages and Cultures, Law, Linguistics and English Language, Politics, Philosophy and Religion, and Sociology.

The TU Berlin Scholarships supported by DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) is open to all international students to apply for the 2019 Summer Programme from July 22 to August 16. This 4-week programme features 3D Scanning and Printing, Blue Engineering, Satellite Design, Energy Revolution, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Space Robotics, Startup Crash Course, Surveillance Technologies and Transformation Theory and Computation of Composite Materials, and Virtual Reality and Exercise Gaming.

Australia Awards Scholarships are prestigious international awards offered (and fully funded) by the Australian Government to talented Cambodians to study at postgraduate level at Australian universities. The NEXT mentorship programme is created to provide the mentees with other soft skills for personal development especially to empower youth to be good young leaders. This six-month programme basically on weekends is empasised on the main them “Mentors Generate More Mentors” starting March to September 2019.


2019 Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA) for YSEALI

The regional workshop hosted in Jakarta on 10–14 June this year will bring 33 potential women entrepreneurs from all 10 Asean countries and Timor-Leste to take part in the YSEALI capacity-building programme together. The workshop is focused on building economic capacity among ASEAN participants.

Training

Youth and Historical Studies

Students who are interested in Cambodian History are invited to join a training on “Youth and Historical Studies” focused on the Khmer Rouge history, the peace and reconciliation mechanisms, and the field study in Tuol Sleng Museum along and in the killing field in Kampong Thom province. It is organised by Youth Resource Development Programme office for 10 days from 18 to 27 February including field trips.
