The annual celebration of the Victory Day – the commemoration of the fall of the Khmer Rouge regime – is all set for today, January 7, after extensive planning and rehearsals done weeks before the special occasion. Thousands of people are expected to flock into the Olympic Stadium to celebrate 40 years of peace and progress after the tragic Year Zero.
