26 Thais found guilty of VoIP scamming are being deported to Thailand through the Poipet International Checkpoint today (Dec.22).

In February Phnom Penh Municipal Court sentenced them to between two and three years in jail each.

Lieutenant General Uk Heiseila, director of investigations at the General Department of Immigration, said the Thai nationals have been dispatched from Phnom Penh this morning and are expected to arrive in Poipet in the afternoon.
