Third annual Golf Cup a success

The third edition of the Samdech Techo Prime Minister Cup wrapped up on Saturday with 63 amateur golfers taking part in the annual contest.

A representative from the Cambodian Golf Federation said athletes, ambassadors, and senior officials of the Royal Government of Cambodia were welcomed to the Dara Sakor Golf Club.

This is the third time that the Cambodian Golf Federation has hosted the competition.

The event is set up for the purpose of health, solidarity, and friendship among government officials, foreign diplomats, local and foreign businessmen, taking part.

Prime Minister Hun Sen, in town for the SEA Festival, made a visit on Friday morning and praised investment and development of the formerly quiet province into a tourist destination.

The PM also received General Manager of the World Most Beautiful Bays in the World Club Bruno Bodard.

Mr. Bodard suggested an international bike race starting from Dara Sakor Seashore Resort in Koh Kong.
