The Prince Times Hotel will open its doors at the end of the month in Sihanoukville, enhancing accommodation options for the increasing number of wealthy tourists travelling to the Kingdom, according to a recent announcement by the developer.
It took 15 months to build the hotel, which is now open on a trial basis, said Prince Real Estate (Cambodia) Group, the firm behind the project.
“The last three months were spent testing the facilities and we are now ready to launch on September 22,” said Li Min, CEO of Prince Real Estate (Cambodia) Group.
“The hotel’s superior service will satisfy guests’ needs for quality food, accommodation, and entertainment in every way,” Mr Li said, adding that the hotel is just one of many projects the group has in the province.
Yun Min, Governor of Preah Sihanouk province, said the new establishment comes at the right time, with the number of wealthy tourists to the area, particularly Chinese, on the rise.
“The Prince Times Hotel will contribute to the development of the province, which is now in need of new accommodation options to face the rapidly growing number of visitors to the province,” Mr Min said.
Established in 2015, Prince Real Estate (Cambodia) Group has already invested $1.5 billion in local projects. The group has become an international firm with operations in a wide range of industries.
