Prince Norodom Ranariddh, who is receiving medical treatment in Thailand, called on all citizens to vote in the upcoming election.

Speaking at the press conference on Saturday, June 23, You Hokry, vice president of Funcinpec, said that Prince Ranariddh is staying in a hospital in Bangkok and his condition is improving.

Prince Ranariddh will return to join the election campaign and election day, but not exact date was announced.

Recently, the National Police held a press conference to quash suspicion that the car crash that injured Prince Ranariddh and killed his wife was premeditated, stressing that the taxi driver accidentally slammed into the Prince’s vehicle and is being held accountable.

Mr. Hokry confirmed that the Funcipec party accepted the result of the police investigation.
