Defence Minister Tea Banh on Monday met with his Singaporean counterpart Dr Ng Eng Hen at the Asean Defence Minister’s Retreat and also attended the Singapore Airshow.
At the meeting both ministers raised a number of issues including terrorism, confrontations on maritime borders and cooperation on chemical weapons and nuclear issues.
“More importantly, the two ministers discussed the joint military exercises between Asean and China aimed at boosting good relations between the armies in Asean and China,” said a report obtained by Khmer Times.
Mr Banh and his delegation were in Singapore to attend the Asean Defence Minister’s Retreat and the Singapore Airshow.
