NagaWorld’s culinary chefs took the lion’s share of 5 out of 9 gold medals that were up for grabs at the recently concluded 2018 Cambodia National Culinary Competition.

The competition was organised by the Cambodian Chefs Federation and held at the Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia.

NagaWorld won the highest number of medals, including 5 golds, 3 silvers and a bronze from the nine categories participated in by chefs from across the Kingdom.

The judging panel comprised prominent local and international chefs who had to adhere to a strict criteria set by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS), a renowned global network of chefs associations founded in 1928.

Leading the way for NagaWorld was Ms. Reth Norinrasmey, who grabbed a gold in the plate dessert category as well as an exceptionally high score in WACS judging, which granted her an internationally recognised gold award.
