Workshop on “Depression and Meditation”

This will be a very interactive workshop that aims to provide audience with useful advice to handle depression. First, speakers will share their personal experience and practical tools to integrate mindful meditation into daily life. Then, there will be a Q&A session after the sharing experience. At the end of the workshop, participants will be taught basic meditation techniques.
Coffee Talk: Revealing the Rainbow

Revealing the Rainbow is part of Destination Justice launched on 16th of May. This Coffee Talk aims to open for discussion and feedback on its report of the situation of human rights of Southeast Asia’s LGBTIQ communities and their defenders in Asia. The discussion specifically focuses on the meaning of HRD especially with regards to Cambodian situation on LGBTIQ HRD.
