Asean Scholarships for Cambodia
Application deadline: June 21
The Cambodian candidates who were born between 2002 and 2004 are called to apply for the four-year Asean scholarships to study at Singapore schools at the Secondary 3 level to Pre-University 2 in the academic year 2019. Applicants are required to complete at least Grade 10 of high school and be proficient in English language.
DAAD Germany Scholarship
Application deadline: June 1 to July 31 (based on each university)
Graduates without professional experience and mid-career professionals from Africa, Latin America, Asia, other countries in the Middle East and the Ukraine are welcome to apply for this scholarship to pursue Master’s Degree in the fields of Public Policy and Good Governance, which aims to advocate good governance and civil society structures in the selected countries.
University of Auckland International Business Masters Scholarships

To provide aids for international students to gain the skills and knowledge for further business careers, the University of Auckland in New Zealand, is accepting candidates from other countries to apply for scholarships to pursue Master’s Degree programme in the fields of Management, International Business, Marketing, or Professional Accounting.
The 5th Asia Young Leaders for Democracy

A policymaker, academic, legal professional, and leader of civil society organisations, and other citizens who work actively to promote democracy and human rights in Asia are all invited to apply for the 5th Asia Young Leaders for Democracy, hosted from 14th to 22nd of August in Taiwan. This programme features interdisciplinary dialogues on democracy and capacity building for participants related to the theme.
The 45th Ship for Asian and Japanese Youth Program
Application deadline: June 1
28 Cambodian youths will be selected to join the 45th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth programme from October 23 to December 12, 2018, in which all delegates from the 10 Asean countries will assemble in Japan, and continue their journey by ship to Brunei, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The application form is also available online on the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport website, and applicants are required to submit it directly to Youth Department.
Toyota Impact Challenge 2018
Application deadline: May 21
This challenge is a six-month tailored incubation programme aimed to deal with social issues in the related themes such as road safety, transport, smart cities or environmental protection. Toyota is opening its application for start-ups or proactive teams who have business ideas to solve the challenges. Winners can get funds amounting up to $10,000 for their startup.
International Essay Contest for Young People
Application deadline: June 15
Aiming to encourage society to learn from the young minds and to consider how each of us can make a difference in the world, the annual international essay contest for young people up to 25 years old is open for all entries under the main theme “The Change I Want to Make”, limited to 700 words or less in English, French, Spanish or German, or 1600 characters or less in Japanese, excluding essay title and cover page. The first prize winner will be invited to Japan for the awarding.
