PPCBank and DCI team up

Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPC Bank) and Diners Club International (DCI) yesterday announced a new partnership to issue premium cards that will allow Cambodian costumers to enjoy a plethora of offers as well as access to exclusive lounges in airports around the world.

Diners Club International (DCI) is a charge card company owned by Discover Financial Services. The company offers a Diners Club card that grants access to more than 800 airport lounges around the world.

“With the growth Cambodia has experienced over the last decade, people’s behaviour and concept of banking is starting to shift. There is a growing demand for personalised banking products and services,” said Shin Chang Moo, PPCBank’s president.

He added that the partnership seeks to capitalise on Cambodia’s impressive economic growth, explaining that the kingdom is now ready for products that target high-net-worth individuals.

Customers will enjoy perks in other categories, including dining, travel, entertainment and shopping in over 50 countries.
