CIMB Bank PLC (CIMB Bank) organised a Khmer New Year party themed ‘Customer’s Day’ at all of its branches nationwide on April 11. Customers were pleasantly surprised to see that the bank had decorated its branches in Khmer traditional style, and they enjoyed a Trot Dance performance and Khmer cakes and refreshments served by the bank staff in Khmer traditional attire. In addition, customers also received Khmer scarves as a souvenir for the event.
The ‘Customer’s Day’ event is not only an opportunity for senior management to be involved in frontline service, it is also a platform which facilitates direct feedback from customers.
By engaging with customers more closely, the bank’s senior management are able to better understand issues and challenges faced by its customers.
